中文摘要: 采用下向进路式回采、尾矿膏体充填的有色金属矿山,进路挡墙制作的可靠性、安全性、便捷性等因素直接影响生产作业的安全和效率。彝良驰宏矿业有限公司原来根据经验法和工程类比法确定进路挡墙参数,通过研究分析膏体作用于挡墙的静压力、挡墙混凝土与矿岩之间的黏结抗剪力、锚杆的抗剪力等因素,最终优化完善了挡墙参数及制作要求,确保了挡墙质量,保障了生产作业安全,简化了挡墙制作流程,缩短了挡墙制作、养护及相邻进路回采时间,提高了生产作业效率。
Abstract:In the nonferrous metal mine which using underhand drift stoping and tailings cemented filling, the stability, safety and convenience of retaining wall have direct influence on production safety and efficiency. According to the empirical method and engineering analogy method, Yiliang Chihong Mining Company has determined the parameters of access retaining wall. Finally, they optimize the parameters and production requirements of retaining wall, ensure the quality of retaining wall and the security of production, simplify the production process, shorten the time of production, maintenance and adjacent access stoping, and increase work efficiency by researching and analyzing the retaining wall’s static pressure forced by paste, the shear bond resistance between retaining wall cement and ore-rock, the shear resistance of bolt, etc.
