中文摘要: 在某露天矿实施逐孔台阶微差爆破试验,试验过程对三个不同延期时间爆区进行测振。对所测数据和波谱进行分析研究,探究出爆破振动过程中振动波传播规律以及波速峰值、主频、频带能量、总能量等的变化特征。在此基础上分析该特征与爆破振动之间的关系, 发现最大主频、峰值速度、能量汇聚点出现时间和最大振动位移出现时间点吻合。同时对峰值速度随时间变化依据所测得的数据进行数学拟合,给出了速度波衰减方程。通过以上研究发现,改变微差时间来控制这些变量出现的时间点可降低爆破振动。所得理论可为今后爆破降振提供技术参考。
Abstract:In the experiment of hole-by-hole step blasting in a surface mine, the vibration is measured at three blast zones with different delay time. By the study of the measured data and the spectrum, the propagation law of the vibration wave and the peak value of the wave velocity, the basic frequency, the frequency-band energy, the change features of the total energy are studied during the vibration of blasting. On this basis, the relationship between this characteristic and the vibration of blasting is analyzed. The result shows that the maximum basic frequency, the peak velocity, the rendezvous point of energy and the vibration displacement appears at the same time. At the same time mathematical fitting of peak velocity changing with time is obtained according to the measured data, and the velocity attenuation equation is given. From the above results, changing the appeared time of these variables through changing millisecond time can reduce the blasting vibration. In this paper, the theory can provide technical reference for blasting vibration reduction.
